We have an open purchase policy for a full 100 days so that you as a customer can feel safe when shopping with us. Should you regret your purchase within 100 days, we will refund 100% of the product cost. For your return to be approved, the packaging must be unbroken in its original box.

It may sound cliche but we strive to always have 100% satisfied customers. Should you not be satisfied with us or the product, please contact us at and we will help you.

In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping back to us. Should it be a defective product, Lovebunny will of course cover the return cost.

We pick orders very quickly after placing the order and cannot provide any guarantees that your package has not already left. Contact us at for more information.
